Plain language: what we collect, why, and what never leaves your device.
No accounts
You can use GotoGodavari without signing up or logging in. We don’t build profiles of visitors.
Stored only on your device
- The location you choose (for example Rajahmundry), so we can show nearby listings next time.
- Listings you recently opened from search, shown in the search box for quick access.
These stay in your browser’s storage. Clear your browser data to remove them.
What you send us
- Enquiries: your name, phone number, optional email and message, so the lister can reply to you. Please only include what you’re happy for them to see.
- Listings you submit: the details, photos and contact information you enter. Contact details you submit for a listing are shown publicly once it’s published.
- Reports: the reason and any note you add. Contact details on a report are optional.
Anonymous usage counts
We count simple actions, such as a listing being viewed or a call button being tapped, so listers know their listing is useful and we know what to improve. These counts carry no cookies, names, phone numbers or device identifiers. If your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal, we don’t record them at all.
Limits on use
We don’t sell your information or use it for advertising. We keep enquiries and reports only as long as needed to run and moderate the service, and we use a short-lived record of request rates to block spam.
